The four phases of Pezula Private Estate are spread along the cliff-tops of the rugged Indian Ocean coastline, just 10 minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Knysna. To the west lies the Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa and the Pezula Championship Golf Course. To the east is the Noetzie beach and river, the Sinclair Nature Reserve and acres of the pristine indigenous forests that are unique to Knysna.
The residential sites are generous in size, ranging from 3,000 m² to 33,000 m². All stands in Phases 1 and 2 are sold out. A number of stands are still available in Phase 3, and Phase 4 has just recently been launched.
