- Phase 1 : Consists of 71 plots along the Coastal Cliffs and The Ridge. Of these, 12 homes have been completed and 10 are currently under construction.
- Phase 2 : Consists of 43 plots along the Coastal Cliffs, The Ridge and around the Pezula Botanical Gardens. Of these, 6 homes have been completed and 6 are currently under construction.
- Phase 3 : Consists of 106 plots with panoramic views across indigenous forests, the Indian Ocean or the Outeniqua Mountains. Of these, 9 are currently under construction
