How do I become a Shareholder member at Pezula?
To become a member of the golf club, you are required to purchase a share in the Club (Pezula Club Ltd). The purchase price of the share is the equivalent of a normal entrance fee to the Club. Being a shareholder does not entitle you to any participation in the company. Shareholders have voting rights, but do not participate in profits or losses.

What are my obligations as a shareholder?
Annual Golf Subscriptions are payable. i.e. As long as you are in possession of a share in Pezula Club Ltd you are liable to pay annual golf subscriptions. It is not possible to resign from the Club without transferring/selling your share.
You must adhere to all rules & regulations of the Club.
How do I sell or transfer my share?
Notify the Club that you wish to sell your share
Ensure all dues associated with the share are fully paid (Annual golf subscriptions)
Obtain a CM42 legal document from the Club. This must be completed by both the seller and the buyer.
There is an administration fee payable before the share can be transferred.
How can I lease my share?
Notify the Club in writing that you leasing your membership to another party and supply full details of the lessee. When leasing your membership, you remain the shareholder but pass on your playing rights to the lessee (The shareholder can not play with member benefits during this period). The new lessee member will enjoy all the usual member benefits.
The Club can assist the member finding a lessee but is in no way responsible to find a suitable applicant
Memberships can only be leased out on a yearly basis (The Club’s year runs from the 1st March to 28th February)
