A share in Pezula Club Limited is a fully tradable asset. Currently there are no new shares available. However, there are a certain number of shares available for Re-Sale.
Shareholders and Memebers of the Club are required to pay annual subscriptions. There are many benefits associated with this. Shareholders and members do not pay green fees at Pezula, and enjoy reduced rates for accompanied guests and preferential, personal treatment at all club facilities. Members are also entitled to preferential rates at Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa.
